Hello guys.
After part one, you have learned the khmer alphabet in the "AWW" group now let's continue to the "OR' Group
The "OR" Group : if you see that the romanization of some letters are the same as the other letters in the "AWW" group, that because they are literally produce the same sound or basically each other version in this care the "OR" version.
Now let me introduce them to you. Let's GO!!!
- គ (K) = "GOR/KOR"
- ឃ (KH) = "KHOR"
- ង (NG) = "NGOR" *think of the the sound the bee made it's similar to that
- ជ (CH/J) = "JOR"
- ញ (NH/GN) = "NYOR" *it has a similar pronunciation to "nion" like in "union" or "nyeong" as in "annyeong" if you also learn korean.
- ឌ (D) = "DOR"
- ឍ (TH) = "TOR"
- ទ (T) + "TTOR"
- ធ (TH) = "TTOR"
- ន (N) = "NOR"
- ព (P) = "PPOR" *think of when a baby saying "papa"
- ភ (PH) = "POR"
- ម (M) = "MOR"
- យ (Y) = "YOR"
- រ (R) = "ROR"
- ល (L) = "LOR"
- វ (V/W) = "VOR"
